I can't tell you how heartwarming it is to wake up to the sound of helicopters flying in the airspace ten feet above your apartment building.
Maybe they're looking for Chief Ramsey's stolen car.

ramsey's car got stolen? and the police are looking for it? damn, i'm in a state of shock right now (the type where i can still type).
every fri/sat/sun i would either be woken up (am a deep sleeper) or shaken up by the number of ambulances, police sirens, and helicopters that would surround my area. yeah, i lived near 18th Street Adams Morgan, but, my god, i felt at times i was in a war zone.
or maybe we are and we don't know it??????
