really? they didn't think of potential poo flag stands when drafting their Constitution? Silly Germans.
i know! i think it's priceless that in trying to find a law this is breaking, it doesn't seem to matter that people are leaving their dog-shit all over the sidewalks, but instead they gave up exclaiming "there's no law against poo flag-stands!"
haha. which is not to say i'm at all against this practice.
